AT was a proud sponsor of this years Upper Gauley Animal Race hosted by Enel Green Power.
Nine miles of the Upper Gauley at 2,800 cfs posed for prime racing conditions, especially on the cool morning of Sept. 19. There was quite a turn out of competetors ranging from former Olympians, National Champions and World Champions to the local paddler who loves his/her hometown run. The race started at the put in just below the dam and finished at the infamous Sweet’s Falls.
Congratulations, Peter Persolja, who won AT's River Carbon paddle. Put it to good use!
