Adventure Technology Paddles is an official sponsor of the 2011 Teva Mountain Games, coming up next week (June 2 - 5). The Games are the country’s premiere celebration of adventure sports, art, and music. Professional and amateur athletes from around the world converge upon the mountains and rivers of Vail to compete in eight sports and 24 disciplines for more than $100,000 in prize money.
“We’re excited to support these Games on a bigger level,” said Cheri McKenzie, CMO of Confluence Watersports, parent company of AT.
The Teva Mountain Games will have four, planned paddling events: Steep Creek Championship, Freestyle, 8-Ball Kayak Sprint and the Down River Sprint, which is a leg of the GNC Ultimate Mountain Challenge.
